Bedford, AEG, raised bands, spine compartments gilt, marbled endpapers; bumped and rubbed with shelf wear. With 53 chromolithographic plates, generally very bright and crisp internally but with library perforated stamp to title page. A pleasing copy, but ex-library and SWAF which may also include, but are not limited to, proneness to brittleness at edges and some minor archival restorations.
